HOW TO APPLY.

Application to laser cutting tables with BYOL GUN, following MATRIX d.o.o. instructions.

Before you start

Work with the laser cutting system switched off and remain on the ground: do not climb onto the table. Use the PPE specified in the safety data sheet; the document requires protection for eyes and any wounds and recommends a mask for metal particles that may be raised during application.

  1. Prepare the table and gun

Check that the work area is clean or fitted with new supports. Make sure the BYOL GUN tank is clean and the battery charged.

  2. Measure the product

Follow the dosage on the packaging and in current documentation. The instructions give an example of 300 ml of BYOL-R for a 3000 × 1500 mm table: this is not a universal dose for every table.

  3. Make the first pass

Set the nozzle horizontally and distribute the product evenly over the entire table. This orientation is specified for the sides of the supports.

  4. Make the second pass

Rotate the nozzle 90° into the vertical position and repeat across the whole table, also treating the tops of the slats.

After application

For this laser table application, the supplied instructions specify restarting no earlier than 6 hours and within 2 days of treatment. Before use, confirm the current instructions for your equipment with MATRIX d.o.o.

The instructions also cover collection trays and the conveyor area, always with the machine off. Request dosages and reapplication intervals for your table, material and number of shifts. This summary does not replace the full instructions or safety data sheet.
